(Ritsu Sakuma) Have A Break

Ritsu: It's always days like this when no one happens to be around.

It's not bad to just sit around and pass the time in silence, but it's a pain in the ass to have to do everything on my own...

I got some tea from Ecchan the other day, but there were so many different kinds, I couldn't figure out which to have...

Forget the tea... I'm just gonna lay my head down and doze.

...I'd be even happier if I could spend time with Maakun though.

He's been stupidly busy, so I've been doing my very best not to burden him by keeping myself from acting like a spoiled child.

But just because I'm willingly holding myself back doesn't mean I don't miss him.

I don't think about it while I'm working, but at times like these, I can't help but wonder, "Just what is he doing right now?"

Siiiigh... I'm suffering from a serious Maakun deficiency...

At least I'll be able to see him in my dreams. Zzz, zzz...♪)

Mao: Ahaha... Did the Tea Club turn into the Nap Club?

Ritsu: Maakun...

Mao: Hey.

Ritsu: ... Maaaaku~un ♪

Mao: H— What's up?

Ritsu: I was just thinking about you, so I'm really happy to see you. Ehehe, and in the flesh...♪

Mao: Don't try and pull the "it's been forever since we've seen each other" act on me... Didn't we just pass each other in the dorms yesterday?

Ritsu: Yeah, but that's the dorms. I never ever get to see you at school! We're in separate classes, so we might as well be thousands of miles away from each other!

And during your free time and after school, you're always acting like Mr. Responsible Student Council President, you know?

Mao: Ahh, well, you're right. Even now, as the Student Council President, I'm in the middle of checking out how all the clubs are holding up.

Ritsu: Hmmmph, you're mid-patrol? Always soooo busy...

...Wait, Ecchan never did anything like this, did he? Is it possible that... you're just using it as an excuse to see me, and it's nothing official?

Mao: But I'm not even in the club... Ahhh, alright, fine, I will.

Woah, you're even more spoilt for choice here when it comes to tea than the drink corner in ES... Which one should I grab?

Ritsu: Anything's good. Whatever you pick'll be delicious, Maakun...♪

Heheh. We're actually having tea together... I'm glad I didn't ditch club early.

It's really nice that you come to wake me up some mornings, but ever since Mikarin moved in, you've been doing that a lot less...

Mao: If I came around just to wake you up, I'd end up being a nuisance... What's it like living with Kagehira? Were you mad about it?

Ritsu: Yeah. I was perfectly fine by myself in all the peace and quiet, so when I heard I'd be getting a roommate I thought it was gonna suck—

But it turned out it was just Mikarin, so I'm happy to have him. He's a good kid, does this and that for me, and he's easy to get along with.

And when Nacchan comes over, we can have a little girls night~♪

Mao: You're calling it a "girls night," but there aren't actually any girls there...

Still — I'm relieved.

I can't always be around, so I'm really glad that it seems like you're enjoying yourself. You're my childhood friend, so I can't help but worry about you.

Ritsu: I've been a good boy and kept myself from whining too much, so spoil me like a little kid whenever you do get the chance to.

Alrighty, then today's gonna be special. Your wish is my command.

Mao: Yep. A man never goes back on his word!

Ritsu: I see~. Alrighty, then... Piggyback me all the way to the dorms~♪

After that, make me dinner and feed it to me. We can snuggle up on the couch and watch some TV, and after that, you can give me a bath~

Mao: Hey now, that's going way beyond taking care of you.

Ritsu: Awww, but a man never goes back on his word, right?

Mao: Oh, stop it... Even if you're just faking it, it's really hard to watch you cry.

I know that you're still thinking about me, even when we're apart... so being able to spend time with you like this is enough for me.
