Subaru: Ahahahahaha! ☆
It's pretty fun to play games every once in a while!
Look, look, the screen's jam-packed with sparkles! It's sooo pretty and colorful, heheh ♪
Makoto: Er, well... The point of this puzzle game isn't to collect the sparkles but rather, er, to get rid of them as fast as you can.
Subaru: Ohhhh, so that's the kind of game this is!
No wonder the music got all scary-sounding when it filled up! It was like, "You're in trouble now!" Got it now though, gooot it~☆
Uhh—now, how am I supposed to clear it... Oh, do I gotta put four of the same color together?
One, two, three, four, and poof~☆
Look, look! The sparkles expand/burst when they go out~! They look like fireworks~☆
Alrighty, I'm gonna clear 'em up quick~! Sparkling Stream...☆
Makoto: Ahaha.... I'm glad you seem to be having fun~. This one's pretty simple since it's a retro/older game...
Games these days are usually pretty CG-intensive, so if you're used to that... Isn't this a little boring?
Subaru: No way—I never play games, so this is totally fresh and fun to me! I prefer/I like runnin' around outside~ I can do it forever as long as the sun's shining!
Makoto: How healthy... I just stay inside playing video games all day, so I'm about as strong as a bean sprout.
Subaru: Huh? Isn't that bad for you? I mean, isn't one of the basics of being an idol having a ton of stamina?
Makoto: I guess so... Playing games puts my mind at ease though~. It's all programmed, after all.
I'm bad with people since humans can be a little... impossible to predict.
Subaru: I get it~. Games are pretty simple, huh.
But I really, really love seeing other people's smiles.
...Oops. It's already that time, huh~? I gotta get home.
Daikichi... I need to walk my dog.
Makoto: No, it's my fault—sorry for making you stay so late. I usually play games by myself, so it's been really fun playing with someone else.
Subaru: Nah, it's fine. I came to try out the Game Club anyway—I wanted to see for myself what kinda stuff you got up to.
It's been a while since I played together with anyone too, so I had a ton of fun.
Geez, though. Originally I came 'cause of Natsume, but he ditched me mid-visit all like, "I have other things to DO."
It totally threw me off.
Makoto: Oh, you two came to try out the club... You should've said that~. Though it was pretty bad of me to just play games with you without/instead of asking about why you came...
So... Are you two going to join?
It'd be a huge help. Like I said earlier... The club doesn't have enough members right now, so it's on the edge of disbandment.
Subaru: Mmm... Well, I don't know about Natsume, but I think I'm gonna wait and see... I got invited by a few other clubs, too.
Like the basketball team. Apparently they've got the same trouble as you.
I loved playing with balls when I was a kid, so I might be a good fit for the team.
Makoto: Mmmm... So the basketball team's in the same boat, huh? That's surprising.
We've got our own basketball court and everything... I heard that we were such a powerhouse/our team was such a championship team that they had exclusive use of it.
Subaru: Oooh, you know a lot, huh?
Makoto: Ahaha... I just surf the web in my free time.
You could call it a little habit of mine... I get anxious if I don't look up every little detail about everything around me ahead of time.
If I don't know any of that then I don't know what kind of face to make.
Oops—you were supposed to be leaving, right? And I've just kept going on and on... Sorry about that. Seems I was a little starved for company.
Subaru: Nah, it's been a really long time since I got to talk to anyone else, too... I'm happy.
It's sooo easy to talk to you, Yuuki-kun~. I usually end up on an entirely different page halfway through the conversation with other people.
Makoto: Really? I was amazed you could talk so much with someone like me... I'm really bad at keeping conversations going.
Subaru: Ahahaha, seems like we've got good chemistry, huh? We've only played games and chatted for a little while, but I already really like you, Yuuki-kun.
Can I swing by again sometime? If you don't mind? I don't know if I'll join the club or anything, but I reaaally wanna play games with you again ♪
Makoto: Of course. I'd love that~, so drop by whenever.
Heheh. The Game Club might get disbanded, though... and if that happens, I might not be able to keep my promise.
